Standard Shipping is free for orders over $100.
Expedited 2 to 3 day shipping is available for orders needed in a hurry for $20. Orders over $250 will receive free expedited shipping.
Overnight shipping is $39.95 to be delivered next day.
Orders typically arrive between 4 to 7 business days from time of purchase with a processing time of 24 - 48 hours before shipping.
Expedited orders have a total turnaround of 3 days with some cases being 2 days. Expedited orders are processed same day if places before 2pm and can sometimes be shipped same day and delivered the following.
We understand curating a skincare routine can be trial & error, which is why at SBS we offer 30-day store credit for all brands we carry. We want you to be happy with your products.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns on a used candle of any kind and all items on sale are final.
A full refund can only be provided for unopened, unused products. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item.
